Our Mission
At the Hidden Coast, our mission is to acquire underutilized real estate property or land, and either renovate or construct with a high-quality finish. Thereafter, our goal is to source quality tenants and professionally manage all properties either directly or alongside a trusted third party management company.
About the Owner
Stephen Lynch, a graduate of First Colonial High School in Virginia Beach, Virginia, specializes in IT Networking. He earned his bachelor's degree in Applied Information Technology and holds the prestigious Cisco Certified Interwork Expert certification.
In 2019, Stephen founded Hidden Coast Real Estate not only as way to invest but to put his various skills to use and have a positive impact on the community.
When Stephen is not working, he spends time with his wife Taylor and dog Luna. They enjoy traveling the world, spending time with friends and family, tasting craft cocktails, skiing, hiking, and being near the water.
