At Hidden Coast Real Estate, our mission is to identify and revitalize underutilized properties and land. We focus on thoughtful renovation and new construction that meet high standards of quality and design. Once complete, we secure reliable tenants and ensure every property is managed with professionalism—either directly or through trusted management partners.

About the Owner
Stephen Lynch, a Virginia Beach native and graduate of First Colonial High School, brings a background in IT Networking and a bachelor’s degree in Applied Information Technology. He also holds the elite Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) credential, reflecting his commitment to excellence and technical precision.

In 2019, Stephen founded Hidden Coast Real Estate to combine his analytical and project management skills with a passion for real estate investment and community improvement. His vision is to create lasting value in every project—both for residents and for the neighborhoods they enhance.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys life with his wife, Taylor, and their dog, Luna. Together, they love traveling, exploring new cuisines and craft cocktails, skiing, hiking, and spending time near the water with family and friends.
